2025 Grant Recipients
Twelve nonprofit organizations serving Transylvania County have been selected for Fall 2025 grant awards from Pisgah Health Foundation, representing a wide range of programs that nourish, protect, and uplift residents.
This cycle drew more than $762,000 in requests, reflecting both the scale of community need and the creativity of local organizations responding to it. After thoughtful review and scoring by the Grants Committee, funding was awarded to projects meeting essential needs—including food access, safe shelter, literacy, early childhood enrichment, therapeutic support, and culturally responsive programming.

Through research and community input, we have identified where each dollar can make the biggest impact, from physical to mental health, nutritional support, housing and repairs as well as care for our residents at every stage of life.
