Since 2019, Pisgah Health Foundation has been promoting health and wellness, partnering with local non-profits across the region to make a difference in the lives of those we all serve.

Pisgah Health Foundation’s Impact in WNC Communities

Pisgah Health Foundation is a regional philanthropic partner working to strengthen the conditions that shape health and well-being in Western North Carolina. Through strategic grantmaking, program-related investments, and leadership convenings, the Foundation supports nonprofit partners and collaborative solutions addressing the social determinants of health— including healthcare access, housing, food, economic opportunity, education, and social connection. PHF serves as a data and trauma-informed backbone organization, aligning partners, sharing insight, and investing in the nonprofit ecosystem so communities in Transylvania, Haywood, and Madison counties can thrive.
