Home Repair Funding Opportunity
Our Mission: The Pisgah Health Foundation has been established in western North Carolina to target and improve the health and wellness of its citizens, advancing the century-old efforts of Mission Health System by investing in programs designed to improve the quality of life for all residents.
Pisgah Health Foundation is investing funds in organizations that provide home repair and home rehabilitation services. In partnership with Dogwood Health Trust, the second award of grant funds for urgent home repair needs has been allocated to support nonprofits and charitable organizations working to provide a safe quality home environment for vulnerable populations in Haywood, Henderson, Madison, and Transylvania counties. Grant funds may be used to offset material and the cost of repairs. Fund requests should not exceed $50,000.
Applications will not be accepted after the January 15th deadline. The funds are to be used for projects addressing home repair and home rehabilitation for seniors, shut-ins, disabled individuals, and underserved populations. Pisgah Health Foundation will accept completed grant applications, along with required attachments, from eligible nonprofit and charitable organizations serving Haywood, Henderson, Madison, and Transylvania counties.
