Pisgah Health Foundation (PHF) is excited to announce the opening of our first community grant funding opportunity. The mission of PHF is to purposefully, creatively, and collaboratively enhance the health and well-being of our community by addressing local health and wellness inequities through strategic and meaningful partnerships. Beginning on July 25, organizations working to support this mission are invited to submit an online letter of intent (LOI), the first phase in the grant process. After a review of the LOIs, selected organizations will be invited to apply for grant funding. ALL submissions must be processed via the website.

  • Childhood Education
  • Food Insecurity
  • Housing and Homelessness
  • Obesity, Mental Health, Substance Abuse and Health Education
  • Social Cohesion

We encourage organizations working in one or more of these areas to participate in the grant process and submit a letter of intent. To learn more about the grant process and eligibility requirements or to submit online a LOI please visit https://pisgahhealthfoundation.org/grants/
